PIVOT 360 Community Guidelines
Welcome to PIVOT360. To ensure you get the most out of your foundational testing and our time together, we’ve established these standards. They are designed to create a supportive, clear, and effective environment for your wellness journey.
1. Empowerment Through Education
The Well Stop is built on education, not extremes. We provide the tools and data (GI-MAP and Hair Analysis), but your progress depends on your engagement with the materials. We ask that you review your resources and come to our sessions ready to learn about your unique bio-individuality.
2. Communication & Boundaries
To provide the best support while maintaining a sustainable pace, please keep the following in mind:
-
Availability: Support via email, text, or Marco Polo is available Monday through Friday.
-
Response Time: I aim for a 24–48 hour turnaround during business days.
-
Urgent Matters: For any medical emergencies, please contact your primary care physician or local emergency services immediately.
3. Respect for the Group Space
Our PIVOT POWER Group Sessions are a safe, judgment-free zone.
-
Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays in the group. Please respect the privacy of your fellow members.
-
Compassion: We prioritize supportive, kind language. We are all at different stages of our wellness journey, and we celebrate every step forward.
4. Commitment to the Process
Root-cause wellness is a journey, not a quick fix.
-
Attendance: Please prioritize our 1:1 Clarity Session and bi-monthly group calls. If you need to reschedule your 1:1, we require [24/48] hours' notice.
-
Consistency: Sustainable change happens through "simple steps that add up." We encourage you to stay consistent with your personalized plan and supplement recommendations.
5. Professional Guidance & Scope
Regina Polk is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and Holistic Health Coach. While we use clinical-grade testing to identify imbalances and stressors, this program is educational and supportive in nature. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We encourage you to share your wellness plan with your licensed healthcare provider.
